Breathe Blend is a restorative blend of essential oils that have been known to aid in soothing the respiratory symptoms of colds or allergies. A comforting blend of Eucalyptus, Lemon, Peppermint and Rosemary.

Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado, fractionated coconut oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and cup over nose and mouth and take 3-5 deep breaths, then apply to neck and chest. Can also be diffused.
